To facilitate communications about work related to rules, the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services provides an e-mail listserv for any interested constituent, including providers, consumers, family members, trade associations, and other interested parties. OhioMHAS will continue to use the existing listservs to send communications to Executive Directors of Certified Community Mental Health Agency Executive Directors and Administrators of Licensed Private Psychiatric Hospital Administrators. OhioMHAS will use the listservs to notify subscribers of activity related to rules, including communication about draft, pending and enacted rules, and information on rule training.
