Annual Consumer Survey

The Annual Mental Health Consumer Survey is a statewide survey that is completed every year to gage consumer satisfaction with behavioral health services across the state of Ohio. This survey is distributed to over 25,000 individuals every year: to both adult consumers and adult caregivers of youth consumers (under 18). This survey is funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA) through the Mental Health Block Grant. The results are used to create longitudinal reports that show changes in consumers’ perception of services over time.
