Andrea Bucci

Andrea Bucci has worked in the state hospital system since 2003. She began her career as Safety Officer at Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare, then moved into a regional Environment of Care Director position serving Appalachian Behavioral Healthcare and Heartland Behavioral Healthcare. She was promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Heartland Behavioral Healthcare in 2010.

Ms. Bucci has a background in business administration with degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Her certifications include CHSP (Certified Health & Safety Professional), BOC (Building Operator Certification) and CPM (Certified Public Manager).
