Public Awareness Campaign Inventory

This a list of campaigns aimed at raising awareness in the general public on a variety of behavioral health issues and to help individuals support their own mental wellness and mental wellness of loved ones. This list includes campaigns that have been sponsored by OhioMHAS as well as campaigns developed and sponsored by third parties and non-government entities. Campaigns not sponsored by the department have undergone review for quality and clinical efficacy by OhioMHAS program and clinical staff. Many of these listings offer creative assets in a variety of formats, including digital, video and printable resources – to help you promote messaging in the way that works best for you.

ABCs of Mental Health - Adults

Purpose: Created to help educators acknowledge your feelings and learn potential signs and symptoms of mental health issues or suicide and encourage them to seek help if needed.

Be Present – Teens and Young Adults

Purpose: A peer-to-peer program that helps middle/high school students know when someone is struggling with mental health issues, learn how to talk with them and how to get help for themselves or others.

Crisis Text Line – Youth, Teens, Adults
