  This comprehensive manual describes all aspects of the forensic mental health system in Ohio. It contains a description of the forensic mental health process as it relates to community forensic psychiatry centers, jail diversion programs, OhioMHAS Regional Psychiatric Hospitals, forensic monitoring and the Community Linkage Program. Copies of relevant OhioMHAS policies are included.

  This document describes the Community Linkage Program that links inmates with severe mental illness who are being discharged from a state prison to a community treatment agency in order to provide continuity of care.
