RFP: Ohio Statewide Student Survey - To random sample all 88 counties for two grade levels

On Aug. 6, OhioMHAS released three Requests for Proposals to assist with: 1) Instrument Development (MHA15029) 2) Administration Preparation (MHA15028) and 3) Paper and Electronic Data Capture System (MHA15027) for a statewide student survey. In 2012, a cross-system consortium of key Ohio stakeholders including state agencies, foundations, universities, prevention providers and other community members selected the implementation of a statewide youth survey that provided county-level data as one of the Top 10 strategic priorities. The need for county-level data emerged as a common need among members of the Interagency Prevention Partnership. Several agencies and organizations are required by their federal, state or foundation funders to provide evidence of population-level change.

Proposals are due Sept. 3, 2014 and the anticipated award date is late September.

All questions regarding the RFP’s must be submitted electronically no later than 8 a.m. Aug. 22, 2014 via the “Submit Inquiry” link on the specific RFP posting which may be found on the Ohio Department of Administrative Services portal.
