The Ohio Departments of Developmental Disabilities and Mental Health and Addiction Services are actively seeking collaborative community proposals to establish treatment models of care that focus on crisis stabilization for children and youth with intensive needs as part of the Strong Families, Safe Communities partnership. This is the second round of allocations aimed at serving Ohio youth ages 8-24 through local, community-driven solutions. The Departments received many worthy proposals in the initial request, but were only able to fund a few projects in FY2014. As those projects enter into their second year, a decision has been made to solicit proposals for any undesignated funds in FY2015. Proposals are welcomed from previous responders as well as new collaborative groups.
