Chief's Office

The Chief's Office works with and supports all customers and is responsible for the financial stability of Ohio Pharmacy Services (OPS). Any concerns regarding products or services provided by OPS should be directed to the Chief's Office.

Fiscal Office

This office processes bills to customers and payments to vendors and monitors accounts payable and receivable. In addition, it generates biennium budgets, annual budgets and monthly financial statements to monitor the fiscal posture of the OPS. Questions regarding financial data or customer billing should be directed to the Fiscal Office.

Human Resources
The Human Resources office serves as liaison between the Chief's Office and recognized labor unions. It administers contracts and provides guidance regarding grievances, work rule development, discipline and education/training for all employees. It also assists management and employees with the preparation of position descriptions, personnel actions and guidance on the wide array of employee benefits available.
